My goal is to reduce anxiety for all. With my thirty four years plus experience, and my personal Autistic insight.
I consult to support you, your family or organisation. Enabling everyone to fully understand the Autistic experience.
From my base here in Cornwall, I'm able to reach any family or individual across the globe. Via any format you choose, (Zoom, Teams, Skype, Facebook etc), and upon any device (Telephone, mobile, tablet, computer and more). Feel free to get in touch. You can contact me on any format you feel most comfortable with.
I am not a professional therapist or counsellor. I use my professional experience and personal insight when consulting with individuals or families. All of our Consults are confidential and security protected. Please see my policies below for more information.
Please let me know of preferred communication methods, how to address you and any sensory or trigger issues you may have. If possible please ensure you are well lit, and that background noise is kept to a minimum.
Please see the links below to my initial consultation paperwork, my terms and conditions and safeguarding.
Let me know your time zone, in relation to GMT, and when you're free.
We will arrange an initial discussion, so I can listen to you, discuss your thoughts, needs and decide upon how we progress.
A plan of action/timetable will be agreed, costs discussed, (I normally invoice after each session), and we will begin.
I'm hold a full DBS Certificate. (Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate UK).
Any consultation work to be engaged with individuals under 18 years old will be fully discussed with parents/guardians in the first instance. (Please see the Safeguarding button below)
I am happy to work (and often do), alongside other involved professionals and individuals.
At each point of our contact, you can get in touch at anytime and I'll respond as soon as I'm able. We will continually review progress, and can meet regularly, to suit you.
Exploring Autistic Identity
If you are exploring Autistic identity, please see the links below for online checklists. Please note, these checklists are NOT professional assessments. These are a guide only, and do not indicate a formal assessment. They are to be used to support your present thoughts and insight. Some of the terms used are not indicative of current Autistic understanding, as noted, these checklists are freely available online.
